Falcon staff is comprised of mortgage market experts with decades of experience with Federal housing guarantee programs, housing finance policy and regulations, primary and secondary mortgage market operations, portfolio analytics, and asset/default management.

Falcon currently serves as the Loan Sale Transaction Specialist to sell FHA defaulted and HUD-held single family, multifamily and healthcare loans. Since 2009, Falcon has been a prime contractor to various federal loan/grant programs, including to the Federal Housing Administrations (FHA) Single Family, HECM, REO and Housing Counseling programs; Ginnie Mae; and USDA’s Single Family Home Loan Guarantee program and Broadband ReConnect program.
