Notice of Postponement

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is providing notice that the HUD-held Non-Vacant Loan Sale (HNVLS 2026-1), previously scheduled for February 10, 2026, has been postponed.

HUD will provide qualified bidders with updated information, including a revised timeline and additional instructions, as soon as they become available.

HUD appreciates the time and resources that participants invest in preparation for these transactions and thanks all qualified bidders for their continued interest in the program.
